I have made the commitment to be the Democratic candidate for Northwestern District Attorney. I believe the Office of Northwestern District Attorney needs new leadership, commitment, and vision to enhance the delivery of justice in our courtrooms and communities. I am confident that the Office of Northwestern District Attorney can be a better community partner in making our communities safer and stronger, our justice system more accessible and responsive.
As your District Attorney and chief law enforcement official, I will be committed to protecting the people of Hampshire and Franklin Counties through firm but fair prosecutions while also implementing innovative programs in our schools and communities to prevent crime before it occurs.
A Model of Justice and Fairness
Our local criminal justice system should always strive to be a model of justice and fairness, one that everyone in the community can readily access, fully support, and be proud of. As the public prosecutor, the District Attorney should always be an advocate for justice as well as a guardian of our rights and liberties.
Delivering justice takes a solid commitment to work together with citizens and community partners. I will work to make sure all our prosecutors are competent and compassionate, our cases well prepared, and resources wisely used in seeking justice in each and every case.
